About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an Elderly Resident Engagement Specialist to provide activity opportunities for our residents in Aylesbury. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our elderly residents.

The successful candidate will have experience in planning activities for elderly residents in a care home setting and be able to design and facilitate group activities that promote social interaction and well-being among residents.

This part-time position offers a competitive salary of £12.13 per hour and approximately 30 hours of work per week. You will also benefit from working for a charitable organisation that prioritises the needs of its residents and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging activity programmes for residents.
  • Maintain and promote activities that cater to older people's interests.
  • Work collaboratively with staff to ensure seamless delivery of activity programmes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in planning activities for elderly residents in a care home setting.
  • Ability to design and facilitate group activities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
