Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

Buckinghamshire Fire & Rescue is seeking a highly experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing and delivering projects that align with our strategic aims and objectives.

### Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and deliver projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including colleagues, partners, and external agencies.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of project progress and outcomes.


### Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a fire and rescue service context.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


### Benefits:
  • A competitive salary of £43,182 - £44,262 per annum.
