Role Overview:

As a SWAY Hair Extensions Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key salon partners, driving business growth, and ensuring brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute client-focused strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Support salon partners through the implementation of promotional and marketing activities.
  • Organize brand events and coordinate with seasonal launches and key retail periods.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies and unique content creation for the salon professional division.
  • Ensure brand executions in salon align with new launches and promotional calendars.
  • Identify opportunities to elevate and accelerate growth with both new and existing salons.
  • Accountable for achieving set revenues and defined KPIs within the territory.
  • Develop internal network and relationships to support key activity, such as partnering with the marketing and educational team.

Requirements:

  • Proven account management experience within the hair and beauty industry.
  • Entrepreneurial and results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to engage, create, and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Able to demonstrate ownership and accountability, with examples of taking measured risks to achieve results.
