Job Title: Business Development Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Specialist to enhance the customer experience and maximize our commercial advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide competitive quotes and liaise with production for lead times.
- Process orders and attend/exhibit at trade shows as needed.
- Visit customers and monitor competitors to identify improvement areas.
- Ensure compliance with sales processes.
- Contribute to marketing efforts, including promotional campaigns and events.
- Handle general administrative duties.
Requirements:
- A background in sales or commercial account management.
- First-class customer service and communication skills.
- Open to travelling to see customers.
