Key Account Manager

CK Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our products to healthcare professionals and healthcare accounts, developing account plans for Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and Integrated Care Systems (ICS), and driving depth of prescribing and formulary inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our products to HCPs and healthcare accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop account plans for ICBs and ICS.
- Identify local market access and services that need optimization.
- Deliver results against agreed KPIs and project objectives.
- Engage with and develop National/Regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Execute multichannel customer interactions to build long-term customer relationships.
- ABPI qualification.
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Ideal experience in Ophthalmology (although not essential).
- Excellent understanding of the NHS, ICBs, and ICS.
- Strong influencing, selling, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent multi-channel skills experience.
