Job Title: Senior Key Account Manager

CK Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our up-and-coming product launch within Ophthalmology across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our product to healthcare professionals and healthcare accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop account plans for England Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and Integrated Care Systems (ICS).
  • Promote and drive depth of prescribing and formulary inclusion through strategic sales efforts.
  • Identify and optimize local market access and services.
  • Deliver results against agreed KPIs and project objectives.
  • Engage with and develop National/Regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Execute multichannel customer interactions to build long-term customer relationships.
Requirements:
  • ABPI qualification.
  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Ideal experience in Ophthalmology, although not essential.
  • Excellent understanding of the NHS, ICBs, and ICS.
  • Strong influencing, selling, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent multi-channel skills experience.
