We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate Education Support Assistant to join our team at Prospero Teaching's partner SEN School in Bournemouth. As an Education Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils, teachers, and other staff members, including assisting with lesson planning, implementing strategies to promote pupil engagement, and maintaining a safe and organized classroom environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a specialist setting that caters for children and young people aged 11-16 with Autism and complex needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Autism and its effects, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality support to pupils and staff.

The estimated salary range for this position is £26,000 - £31,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as a supportive work environment that prioritizes the well-being of both students and staff.
