Vision for Education -Southampton invites applications from passionate and dedicated individuals for the position of Special Educational Needs Teacher. As a member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), developing tailored plans to meet their unique needs and promote academic success.
About the Job:This exciting opportunity requires a qualified teacher with a strong background in Special Educational Needs. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate effective communication skills, creativity, and patience when working with children, parents, and colleagues. Experience with differentiated instruction and individualized support is highly beneficial.
Main Responsibilities:- Design and implement tailored educational plans to cater to the diverse needs of students with ASD.
- Maintain open communication with students, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless collaboration and support.
- Participate in staff meetings, contributing valuable insights and suggestions for improving teaching practices.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs, especially those with ASD.
- Strong ability to develop and implement differentiated instructional plans.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Our attractive compensation package includes a salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
