Role Description
Barca Leeds seeks a dedicated Child and Family Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in supporting families whose children are engaged in treatment for issues related to drugs and alcohol.

Your primary focus will be on improving family functioning and providing access to support services that promote positive change. You will develop and implement care plans, collaborate with other teams, and prioritize the safety and well-being of children. This role requires someone with extensive experience in providing intensive case support to families with children of all ages.
