About the Child and Family Support Professional Role

Cambian East is seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Child and Family Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our residential care service, you will play a vital role in providing support to children and young people with autism.

The successful candidate will have a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents and be able to establish meaningful relationships with them. If you are a caring individual who is passionate about empowering young people to achieve their goals and maximize their potential, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support children and young people with autism to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to young people to help them make informed decisions about their lives and future.
  • Organize social activities and maintain the home environment to promote a sense of belonging and well-being among our residents.

Requirements

  • No prior experience necessary, only a commitment and passion for working with young people.
  • Full UK driving license preferable (but not essential).
  • Must have availability for sleep-in shifts.

  • A competitive salary of £23 per hour.
