Child Wellbeing Coordinator

**Job Title:** Child Wellbeing Coordinator
We are seeking a dedicated Child Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will work with children who require additional support due to mental health issues, using a flexible and adaptable approach.
The ideal candidate will maintain a positive learning environment for pupils with additional SEMH needs, developing their learning and social skills through individualised support.
- Develop and implement individualised plans to support pupils with SEMH needs
- Work closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure effective support
- Maintain accurate records of pupil progress
- Identify and provide opportunities for pupils to develop their social skills
Requirements:
• Right to work in the UK and overseas criminal clearance
• Relevant qualifications and experience in supporting children with SEMH needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum
