We are seeking a skilled Child and Family Advocate to join our Early Help team. In this vital role, you will work collaboratively with families, professionals, and community organizations to promote healthy relationships, resilience, and empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans for families, focusing on strengths-based approaches
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive service delivery
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to families, promoting informed decision-making and self-advocacy

  • A deep understanding of child development, family dynamics, and community resources
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to navigate complex systems, advocate for families, and drive positive change

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including pension scheme, flexible working arrangements, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
