Salary and BenefitsWe offer a generous fee and a substantial allowance for the child, car mileage and other expenses. The total estimated annual compensation package is approximately £22,180 per annum per young person, largely income tax-free.
Job DescriptionThis role involves caring for children and young people between the ages of 0-18 who require a safe and stable home life. You will be assessed to determine whether you are suitable for this role, and if approved, you will be paid an allowance and fee up to the value of £22,180 per annum per young person.
Types of Fostering- Mainstream Foster Care: Caring for children and siblings between the ages of 5-18 who require a safe and stable home life.
- Children with Disabilities: Caring for children with additional needs/disabilities between the ages of 0-18 who require a safe and stable home life.
- Short Breaks for Children with Disabilities: Providing short breaks for children with disabilities to give them enjoyable experiences outside their family.
- Supported Lodgings: Providing good quality accommodation and security to young people aged 16 plus who are learning to live independently.
- An 'out of hours'; telephone service staffed by experienced Foster Carers 24/7.
- Your own experienced Supervising Social Worker who will conduct regular supervisions.
- A generous fee and a substantial allowance for the child & car mileage.
