About the Role

Join our team as a Residential Support Practitioner and help make a positive difference in the lives of children with disabilities.

Your Main Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support to children and families in their own homes and communities.
  • Maintain accurate records of service user interactions and progress.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in residential settings for children and young people.
  • Understanding of child development, learning needs, and therapeutic approaches.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People or equivalent qualification.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance.
