We are seeking a dedicated Children and Families Services Lead to join our Duty and Assessment Team in West Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead our efforts in supporting children and families to achieve stability and positivity.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £88,400, based on an hourly rate of £42 per hour.

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading our team of social workers and other professionals;
  • Coordinating assessments and interventions to meet the needs of children and families;

To be successful in this leadership role, you will need:

  • A degree in Social Work (CQSW/DipSW or equivalent);
  • Senior-level experience in children and families services;
  • Professional registration with Social Work England;
  • A full clean driving license;
