Job Title: Children, Young People and Families Practitioner Evaluator

About the Role:

Penshaw View Recruitment Careers is seeking a highly experienced Children, Young People and Families Practitioner Evaluator to assess trainees at the end of their apprenticeships in the children, young people and family sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the sector, competence-based interviewing skills, and the ability to evaluate trainees' competencies.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Evaluate trainees' competencies at the end of their apprenticeships
  • Use competence-based interviewing skills to assess trainees' knowledge and abilities
  • Hold or be willing to complete a Level 3 Award in Undertaking End Point Assessment once contracted
  • Travel to agreed regions within the UK as required

Requirements:

  • Must have at least 2 years' experience of competence-based interviewing within the last 5 years
  • Qualified to at least level 4 in the children, young people and family sector
  • Hold or be willing to complete a Level 3 Award in Undertaking End Point Assessment once contracted
  • Have a driving licence, own transport, and be willing to travel to agreed regions within the UK
