Residential Care Practitioner

At Brook Street Social Care, we are seeking a caring and motivated Residential Care Practitioner to join our team. This role offers a chance to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people in residential care.
About the Role:- Safeguard and support children and young people in residential care, promoting their welfare and development.
- Work closely with families, professionals, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for the children in your care.
- Manage care plans and conduct risk assessments, ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in our care.
- Build strong relationships with children through daily routines and positive behaviour management.
- Provide individualized support and guidance to children and young people, helping them to develop their skills and confidence.
- Manage challenging behaviour using restorative approaches and de-escalation techniques.
- Be flexible and willing to work on a rota basis.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
