Key Responsibilities:
  1. Undertake key worker role, implement care plans, conduct risk assessments, and devise support and health plans.
  2. Provide a safe and stimulating environment, supporting day-to-day physical and emotional needs of children.
  3. Work with professionals and communities to sustain links and understand past problems.
  4. Nurture children's ambitions for their future and their learning, both in and out of school.
  5. Support children and young people's emotional, mental, and physical health needs to build self-esteem.
What We're Looking For

We require a highly motivated and experienced candidate who holds a minimum NVQ/QCF Diploma Level 3 in Residential Child Care and the QFC Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services Level 5. Salary: up to £30,151 per annum.
