About the Role:

This Teaching Assistant Leader position requires an experienced candidate who can build strong relationships with vulnerable young people. The successful candidate will have a Level 4 qualification in education delivery or be committed to achieving it and experience working with challenging behaviour in a residential or educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of young people with additional learning needs.
  • Lead a team of practitioners to support daily lives of young people with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
  • Mentor young people, helping them develop academically and personally.
