Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the class teacher to develop engaging lesson plans and deliver high-quality instruction to students.
  • Support students with diverse learning needs, including those with special educational requirements.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere, encouraging active participation and engagement from all students.
  • Assist with preparing and organizing teaching materials, equipment, and resources to enhance lesson delivery.
  • Participate in school-wide initiatives and projects, fostering a sense of community and cooperation among staff and students.
  • Offer general administrative support to the class teacher and school as needed, helping to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.

  • Experience working in a primary school setting or similar educational environment.
  • A strong understanding of child development principles and effective teaching strategies.

Salary Estimate: £22,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
