Job Title: Site Carpentry Assessor

Educators Wales is seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Site Carpentry Assessor. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and progressing a caseload of learners to achieve their City and Guilds Construction (Level 3) Site Carpentry apprenticeship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and progress learners to meet operational key performance indicators.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements throughout the learners' journey.
  • Review current performance and provide accurate forecasts to manage the caseload effectively.
  • Comply with internal quality assurance processes and ensure practice meets awarding organisation criteria.
  • Work with the commercial team to target new starts and meet WBL targets.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
