Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Learning and Assessment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and progressing a caseload of learners to achieve their City and Guilds Construction (Level 3) Site Carpentry apprenticeship.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assess and progress learners to meet operational key performance indicators.
  2. Ensure compliance with contractual requirements throughout the learners' journey.
  3. Review current performance and provide accurate forecasts to manage the caseload effectively.
  4. Comply with internal quality assurance processes and ensure practice meets awarding organisation criteria.
  5. Work with the commercial team to target new starts and meet WBL targets.

The salary for this position is approximately £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
