Carpentry and Joinery Educator

We are seeking a skilled Carpentry and Joinery Educator to join our team at Educators Wales.
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified individual with a passion for teaching and learning to contribute to the development of our learners' skills in Carpentry and Joinery.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching materials, identifying learning needs, and contributing to induction procedures and curriculum development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching and Learning: Produce engaging teaching materials and reinforce learning to meet the diverse needs of our learners.
- Career Development: Identify learning needs, including those with learning difficulties or disabilities, and contribute to the development of individualized learning plans.
- Curriculum Development: Contribute to the planning and delivery of curriculum content, ensuring that it is relevant, up-to-date, and meets the requirements of industry standards.
Requirements:
- A level 3 vocational qualification in Carpentry/Joinery and current trade assessor status or equivalent occupational competence.
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
