Multiskills Instructor

We are recruiting a Vocational Qualifications Teacher to join our dedicated team at Educators Wales.

As a successful candidate, you will have a strong background in Carpentry and Joinery, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teaching and Learning: Deliver high-quality teaching sessions, using a variety of methods to engage learners and promote active learning.
• Career Development: Work closely with learners to set and achieve career goals, providing guidance and support throughout their journey.
• Curriculum Development: Contribute to the development of curriculum content, ensuring that it is relevant, up-to-date, and meets the requirements of industry standards.

Requirements:

• A level 3 vocational qualification in Carpentry/Joinery and current trade assessor status or equivalent occupational competence.

Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
