About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to support learners in achieving their qualifications in Health and Social Care. As a Trainee Assessor, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting learners to reach their full potential.

This hybrid role allows for a mix of remote working and field visits to learners across the region. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in assessing and developing learners, as well as contributing to the growth and success of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and guide learners through their qualifications in Health and Social Care
  • Develop and deliver assessment plans and materials
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality learner outcomes

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Passionate about supporting learners and helping them succeed
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for travel to learner sites
  • Self-motivated and able to manage your own workload
