Lead a New Children's Residential Home

Leader Recruitment Group is seeking an ambitious and experienced Registered Manager to spearhead the launch of a new children's residential home. This is an exceptional opportunity to advance your career and play a pivotal role in the head operations team as our client plans to expand and open more homes in the future.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual with a minimum of 4 years' experience in a children's residential care setting. The successful candidate will have at least 12 months of experience as a registered manager with Ofsted registration and a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and maintaining exceptional standards.
  • Successfully achieve Ofsted registration.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies.
  • Support the professional development of team members in safeguarding practices.
  • Maintain high performance and operational standards within the care home.
  • Lead, inspire, and motivate staff, encouraging career growth and skill development.
  • Represent the care home professionally in all external interactions.
  • Manage budgets effectively, meeting or exceeding financial targets.
  • Foster a culture of best practice and continuous improvement.
  • Introduce innovative ideas and celebrate successes within the organisation.
