About the Role:This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary up to £55,000 per annum, as well as funded level 5 Leadership Management Children and Young People training. You will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with emotional behavioural difficulties and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of professionals in providing care and support to children and young people
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the children's home, including staff supervision and performance management
- Work closely with other agencies and professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children in our care
- Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in children's residential care
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
