Leader Recruitment Group is proud to partner with an ambitious organisation launching their first children's residential home. We are seeking a highly motivated Registered Manager to spearhead this exciting new venture.

This is an exceptional opportunity to advance your career and play a pivotal role in the head operations team as our client plans to expand and open more homes in the future.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned manager with a minimum of 4 years' experience in a children's residential care setting. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of experience as a registered manager with Ofsted registration and a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and management capabilities, with in-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and Ofsted regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and maintaining exceptional standards.
  2. Successfully achieve Ofsted registration.
  3. Ensure strict compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies.
  4. Support the professional development of team members in safeguarding practices.
  5. Maintain high performance and operational standards within the care home.
  6. Lead, inspire, and motivate staff, encouraging career growth and skill development.
  7. Represent the care home professionally in all external interactions.
  8. Manage budgets effectively, meeting or exceeding financial targets.
  9. Foster a culture of best practice and continuous improvement.
  10. Introduce innovative ideas and celebrate successes within the organisation.

Work Schedule

40 hours per week. Availability for phone support and additional hours during emergencies or transition periods.
