Deputy or Children's Home Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Deputy or Children's Home Manager to join our team at Charles Hunter Associates. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a residential service for hard-to-place children with EBD and trauma.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of professionals in providing high-quality care and support to children with complex needs
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve outcomes for children and young people
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve organisational goals
  • Manage budgets, resources, and staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
Requirements
  • A Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge and implementation of Ofsted framework and associated regulations
  • Multi-management experience of children's homes
  • Successful track record of performance management of staff
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills
