Children's Home Manager Job Opportunity

Are you a motivated and experienced leader looking for a new challenge in children's residential care? We have an exciting opportunity for a Children's Home Manager to join our team at Purosearch Ltd.

About the Role:

This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary up to £55,000 per annum, as well as funded level 5 Leadership Management Children and Young People training. You will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with emotional behavioural difficulties and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of professionals in providing care and support to children and young people
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the children's home, including staff supervision and training
  • Work closely with other agencies and professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children
  • Ensure the home is run in a safe and efficient manner, meeting all relevant regulations and standards
Requirements:
  • Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in children's residential care
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
