Deputy or Children's Home Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Deputy or Children's Home Manager to join our team at Charles Hunter Associates. As a residential service provider for hard-to-place children with EBD and trauma, we offer a supportive environment for our staff and children alike.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support to children in our residential service.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote the well-being and development of children in our care.
  • Work closely with our management team to ensure the smooth operation of our residential service.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the safety and well-being of children.
Requirements:
  • A Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent.
  • Excellent knowledge and previous implementation of Ofsted framework and associated regulations.
  • Multi-management experience of children's homes.
  • Successful track record of performance management of staff.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills.
