Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer retention efforts as a key member of our DTC Jobs team. As the Head of Customer Retention Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive customer retention strategy that drives long-term customer value and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a customer retention strategy that includes LTV optimization, user experience enhancement, and customer journey mapping
  • Oversee retention marketing efforts, including loyalty program management and customer engagement initiatives
  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for improving retention and engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of retention initiatives with overall business goals
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in retention and loyalty programs

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retention marketing and customer loyalty program management, preferably in the DTC or subscription industry
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and segmentation, with a focus on driving customer lifetime value
  • Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a part-time, freelance capacity, with availability for 20 hours per week in the CET timezone
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and direct-to-consumer business models, with a track record of driving retention and loyalty in these contexts
