Customer Retention Specialist

Fenwick is seeking a highly skilled Senior Creative Marketing Executive to lead our customer retention efforts. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive retention strategies that leverage customer data to strengthen relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities- Retention Strategy Development: Design and implement retention strategies that utilize customer data to enhance customer loyalty and engagement.
- Display Advertising Management: Manage display advertising campaigns with a focus on customer segmentation and targeted messaging, ensuring optimal ad placements and creative elements.
- Email Marketing Strategy: Develop and plan targeted email campaigns informed by customer data to nurture relationships, communicate promotions, and deliver personalized content.
- Customer Database Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of customer data into organizational processes, ensuring data accuracy and leveraging customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for retention and engagement initiatives, regularly evaluating and reporting on campaign success using data-driven insights.
- Proven Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in retention marketing or CRM, with a track record of successful campaigns and demonstrated expertise in utilizing various channels.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Supplier Management: Proven experience in managing relationships with marketing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically, align marketing efforts with business goals, and adapt strategies based on evolving market trends.
