Customer Retention Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic retention plans to secure client loyalty and drive long-term partnerships that benefit both the client and our business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analysing feedback and service performance to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Managing contract renewals and negotiations with a focus on client retention
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
- Developing and implementing data-driven strategies to drive client retention and growth
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in client retention or account management, ideally within the contract catering or foodservice industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyse data and trends to drive strategic decisions
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and sustain long-term relationships
