Director of Customer Retention

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Customer Retention to join our team at DTC Jobs. As a key member of our ecommerce team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive online sales for our B2C nail tech brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales and improve customer retention
- Optimize our website for conversion rate optimization (CRO) and search engine optimization (SEO)
- Create and manage sales funnels to maximize customer acquisition and retention
- Oversee email marketing efforts and coordinate with other marketing initiatives
- Analyze data and metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an ecommerce manager, preferably in the beauty or nail tech industry
- In-depth knowledge of CRO, SEO, and email marketing best practices
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and technologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong time management skills
- Proficiency in English, with strong communication and collaboration abilities
