As a key member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for residents, external service providers, and contractors, guaranteeing a secure and welcoming environment. A typical day might include:
Making and/or answering welfare calls
Checking everything is okay with residents
Offering advice and support to residents while updating online client record systems
Liaising with carers, family members, and contractors
Health and Safety monitoring and checks
Raising and reviewing safeguarding reports
To succeed in this role, you will need experience working or volunteering in a customer-facing position, an understanding of how to identify and provide practical and emotional support, as well as best practices in safeguarding, data protection, and confidentiality. IT literacy is also essential.
