We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Resident Care Specialist to join our care team at our NHS care home. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to residents. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting residents with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Following individualized care plans to meet residents' unique needs
  • Providing one-to-one time for residents to promote social interaction and engagement

We are looking for a caring and empathetic individual with experience caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a can-do approach.
