About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Assist residents with meals and snacks, promoting healthy eating habits and hydration.
  • Help residents maintain their mobility and independence, assisting with transfers and mobility aids as needed.
  • Support residents with medication management, ensuring timely administration and monitoring side effects.
