As a Resident Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and quality of life for our residents in Yorkshire. Our client is a respected housing provider seeking a dedicated individual to join their team.

About the Role

This is a part-time opportunity (20 hours per week) for 4 months. You will be responsible for creating a supportive, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting regular welfare checks and responding to resident needs
  • Managing daily resident support services
  • Maintaining detailed digital records and documentation
  • Coordinating with healthcare professionals, families, and contractors
  • Implementing health and safety protocols
  • Managing safeguarding procedures and reporting
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles
  • Strong empathy and exceptional communication skills
  • Understanding of safeguarding principles and data protection
  • Knowledge of welfare benefits systems
  • Proficiency with IT systems and digital record-keeping
  • A positive, proactive approach to resident support
