Resident Support Coordinator

Brighterkind is a leading healthcare provider in the UK, and we're looking for a talented Resident Support Coordinator to join our team. As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.
Main Responsibilities:
- Care Delivery: Deliver exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Care Planning: Review and update care plans to reflect changes in resident needs and preferences.
- Team Leadership: Lead by example, promoting high standards of care among the care team and providing guidance and support when needed.
- Safety and Quality: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents and staff.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Experience working in a healthcare environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.
