Job Title: Resident Care Specialist

We're looking for a skilled and empathetic Carer to join our care team at Alderbrook Care Home in Leeds.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. You'll work with residents to develop personalized care plans and support their independence.

The salary for this position is £11.44 per hour, paid bi-weekly. The working hours are typically 7am-7pm, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify residents' needs and preferences.
  • Develop and implement tailored care plans, in collaboration with the care team and residents' families.
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Monitor residents' health and wellbeing, reporting any concerns to the relevant authorities.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care, adhering to regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
