About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing emotional and practical support to residents, helping them to overcome difficulties and disadvantages in their lives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional support to residents, helping them to build positive relationships and self-esteem.
  • Work with residents to identify and achieve their goals, both within the home and in the wider community.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as social workers and healthcare staff, to ensure comprehensive care and support for residents.

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience, and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people.
