We are seeking a Therapeutic Parenting Professional to work on a self-employed basis, providing adoption assessment and support services to prospective adopters.

As a Therapeutic Parenting Professional, you will be responsible for achieving high-quality adoption assessments and reports that meet our standards and statutory requirements.

You will also provide comprehensive support to prospective adopters, including preparation, placement, and post-adoption support, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all aspects of the adoption process.

Estimated Salary: Based on industry standards and location, we estimate this role to offer a salary of around £50,000 per annum.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Social Work or related field.
  • Experience in adoption assessment and support.
  • Good understanding of therapeutic parenting approaches.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
