About the Role

Bright Horizons is a project funded by The Reaching Communities Fund, aiming to support jobless parents and carers facing health, social, and economic barriers to employment. This role will involve working with individuals who require intensive one-to-one support from a keyworker, focusing on prevention, early intervention, and early remedial treatment.

Project Overview

The project's core areas of focus include:

  • Prevention: Minimizing the risk of problems arising
  • Early intervention: Targeting resources at high-risk individuals or groups
  • Early remedial treatment: Intervening once a problem occurs

Your Responsibilities

As an Employability Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering tailored support to individuals, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their employment goals.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse client groups. A background in social work or a related field would be advantageous.

Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary, estimated to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
