Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Account Growth Strategist to manage and expand our relationships with digital publishing partners, ensuring they meet their commercial objectives.

Reports To: Lead, Technical Account Management

Location: Fully Remote, accessible to London

Seniority: Junior/ Mid

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum (dependent on experience and impact)

This role requires a dynamic and results-driven individual with 2+ years of experience within a TAM role to join our expanding team.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Client Onboarding:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of new clients.
    • Ensure client satisfaction and positive performance.
    • Proactively identify growth opportunities across a large portfolio of clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to drive performance and success.
  2. Technical Support:

    • Identify and resolve issues affecting publisher implementation.
    • Take proactive steps to enhance client performance.
  3. Team Collaboration:

    • Contribute to team efficiency improvements.
    • Lead initiatives to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  1. Experience:

    • 2-3 years of experience in technical account management or sales within the digital publishing or digital advertising industry.
  2. Industry Knowledge:

    • Strong understanding of digital publishing, online advertising, and programmatic revenue models.
    • Proficient in data analysis and on-page troubleshooting.
    • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to client management.
