**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Web and Non-Gaming Publisher Development Manager to join our expanding global Marketplace team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with leading publishing companies globally, driving growth and revenue through strategic partnerships.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and executing strategies to identify and secure new publisher relationships within the web industry.
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication with publishers.
  3. Fostering strong partnerships with Account Managers to drive growth and expansion through data-driven insights and strategic planning.

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  1. A proven track record in monetisation, client management, business development, and strategy within the AdTech sector.
  2. Expertise in Salesforce and other relevant tools.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

We offer a generous salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, plus bonus, flexible working arrangements, 25 days annual leave, Bank Holidays, and comprehensive training and career development opportunities.
