About the Position

Frieze Publishing Ltd is seeking an experienced Gallery Partnerships Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to develop and maintain partnerships with galleries, driving business growth and enhancing the overall exhibition experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing Gallery Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with galleries, identifying opportunities for collaboration and mutual benefit.
  • Coordinating Exhibitor Services: Manage the logistics of exhibiting, including stand planning, applications, and invoice processing.
  • Liaising with Teams: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of exhibitions, including digital platforms, content creation, and press relations.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research on art fairs, galleries, and artists, providing insights and recommendations for future projects.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in Art Industry: Proven experience working in the art industry, preferably with galleries or similar organizations.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Art World Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the art world, including market trends, galleries, and artists.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £52,500 - 62,500 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
