Frieze Publishing Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Publishing Assistant to join our team in this exciting role.

Company Overview

We are a leading global art platform dedicated to artists, galleries, collectors, and art enthusiasts.

We comprise three magazines, five international art fairs, and 9 Cork Street, a permanent space for visiting international galleries in London's Mayfair.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the publishing schedule and reporting for Frieze's busy social media channels.

Liaising closely with content and partnerships teams, they will ensure high-quality content is published while keeping stakeholders informed about the latest trends and insights from social media activity.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily scheduling of content across Frieze social media channels using Falcon.io or directly in-app.
  • Liaise with Branded Content, Editorial, Studios, Marketing, Membership, Design, and Partnerships teams to plan, produce, source, and schedule content.
  • Draft copy for social posts in collaboration with content teams, repurposing text and information from press releases and frieze.li.
  • Cultivate and maintain Frieze's social community by replying to comments and engaging with relevant content from the Frieze network of galleries and brands.
  • Support Frieze Partnerships, Studios, and Ad Sales teams, including scheduling content for partners and advertisers during busy periods.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Strong knowledge of digital content and marketing in the art world.
  • Excellent copywriting and visual communication skills.
  • Experience with social media management tools such as Falcon.io.
  • Ability to work outside of office hours and travel abroad to fairs.

Estimated Salary

£50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
