About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Team Leader at Acuity Care Group Limited, based in or around Exeter. As a seasoned healthcare professional with experience in Mental Health, Learning Disability, and Autism care, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement effective care plans that cater to the diverse needs of clients.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports related to client progress and team performance.
  • To lead by example, demonstrating excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Team Leader in the healthcare sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Mental Health, Learning Disability, and Autism care.
  • A valid full UK driving license.
  • Ability to commute to work without requiring relocation assistance.
