Job Title: Financial Partnerships Specialist

Up to £35,000 per annum

This role is ideal for a finance professional looking to take the next step in their career. As a Financial Partnerships Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop actionable plans.

The successful candidate will contribute to insightful reporting, drive improvements, and support the overall finance function. Key responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, delivering timely reports, and working with the Finance Controller to develop financial strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Deliver high-quality reports and analysis to support business decisions.
  • Financial Strategy: Work with the Finance Controller to develop and implement financial strategy.
  • Monthly Management Accounts: Contribute to the production of monthly accounts and board pack content.
  • System and Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for efficiency and streamline reporting processes.
  • Project Support: Engage in finance and non-core finance projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Strong Excel skills: A keen eye for numbers and detail.
  • Excellent analytical skills: High numeracy.
  • Accountancy qualification: Currently working towards ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Finance experience: At least 2 years in finance.
